- Schedule conferences through the Office 365 online email or Outlook client.
- Tolled dial-in from numbers in the U.S. and many countries.
- All Teams meeting features remain available for participants accessing with the Teams client.
Setup a Teams Teleconferencing Meeting
In New Outlook
Use the Teams Meeting button next to the title to add a Teams meeting to your event. Using this option may not show you the specifics of the meeting data (meeting ID and phone number for call in), but that information will show up in the received invite for the recipient.
In Outlook Classic
1. Click the Teams Meeting button on the ribbon.
2. Enter the attendee and date/time data as for a standard meeting. A link is automatically added to your meeting request that invitees can click to join the conversation.
3. The teleconferencing data will automatically be added to the body of your message, and sent by email to all the participants you specify. This is the information they will use to join your teleconference.
