This guide explains how adjunct faculty access AdjunctAI using their Franklin University credentials.
Important: The site is accessible both on and off campus. VPN connection is not needed to access AdjunctAI.
1. Using a web browser, navigate to https://adjunctai.franklin.edu.
2. The resulting screen will ask you to Sign in to Open WebUI and give options for how to do so. Choose the Continue with Franklin University Email option and sign in using your Franklin University email address.
3. On the next screen, enter your Franklin University email address to be taken to our standard university log in webpage. Enter your password, at which point you will also be prompted for MFA.
4. Upon entering the site, you will then be able to chat with the agent. If you wish to switch AI models, use this drop down as shown below.
5. To see past chat history, open the sidebar. Use the top icon to open the sidebar.
