Students can update their physical address, email address, and phone number from within the Franklin Self-Service system located at https://selfservice.franklin.edu

Updating My Address

Please note that address changes must be approved by the Registrar's Office. The only address type you will be able to select is "Web Address". There will be a delay before any changes submitted are reflected on your record. Once your change is reviewed by the registrar, it will change to "Home".

1. Head to https://selfservice.franklin.edu and log in with your Franklin email address and password.
2. Click the hamburger menu in the top left, click User options, and then click User Profile 
   
3. Click on the "Add New Address" button to update your address
   
   

Updating My Email Address

1. Head to https://selfservice.franklin.edu and log in with your Franklin email address and password.
2. Click the hamburger menu in the top left, cluck User options, and then click User Profile
   
   
3. Click the pencil icon next to your email address to edit and enter a new address
   
   
   
   

Updating My Phone Number

1. Head to https://selfservice.franklin.edu and log in with your Franklin email address and password.
2. Click the hamburger menu in the top left, cluck User options, and then click User Profile
   
   
3. Click on the "Add New Phone" button to add a new phone number
