Recent Password Change?
If your password was recently changed and/or your account has been restored after being compromised, it can be easy to get re-locked-out based on saved credentials trying to log you into a service with an outdated password. Unfortunately, this may lead to you getting locked out of your account repeatedly due to too many incorrect login attempts. Use the steps below to mitigate that risk.
Updating Saved Passwords
1. Update mobile applications such as Teams and Outlook which use your Franklin credentials.
- If you are unable to open the applications due to the changed password, you may need to remove the application(s) from your device and re-add them.
2. Update your mobile device if it automatically connects to Franklin’s WiFi network. Your device will need to forget the Franklin network to reestablish connection using your updated password.
