I Don't Know My Password
The process below for password recovery will be used by students as well as recent applicants. Recent applicants can then use their updated password to access the applicant portal.
This video covers the same process as the steps below. After changing your password, this video shows log in steps for recent applicants.
1. Navigate to our password manager, password.franklin.edu.
2. Click on the Set/Recover Password button (shown in red). You can also use the Forgotten User Name button (shown in blue) if you are unsure of your username.
3. When prompted, you will need to enter your recovery email address. We most likely have a personal email address on file for you. For recent applicants, this email address is the email address you used when applying. You can alternatively enter your username into this field.
4. When prompted, click Continue. Check the personal email address indicated for further steps to recover your password.
