To place a call on hold on one device and pick it up from another device, also known as parking a call, click More actions in your call window and select Park Call
.
After you park the call, Teams will give you a unique code you can use to retrieve the call. You can retrieve the call yourself from a different device, or you can share the code with someone else if they are going to retrieve the call.
If no one picks up a parked call within 5 minutes, it will ring again.
Retrieve a parked call from a PC
To retrieve a parked call from the Teams app, click Parked calls on the call screen beneath the dial pad, and enter the park code.
Retrieve a parked call from a physical phone
On the Calls screen, touch the Parked Call icon in the upper-right corner and enter the park code.
Retrieve a parked call from the mobile app
On the Calls screen, touch the New Call button.
When the dial pad appears, touch the Parked Call icon in the upper-right corner and enter the park code.
