Some staff and faculty members have reporting seeing broken images when attempting to access a document as shown below.
To correct this issue in the OnBase web portal:
1. Click on your username in the upper-right corner.
2. Open the Preferences Menu.
3. Scroll down in the preferences menu and alter the 2 settings shown below. They will need to be altered so that the top setting is selected and the bottom one is unselected.
