Audience: Franklin University students, faculty, and staff with University Office 365 accounts.

Behavior: Some users who have downloaded Office as part of their University Office365 account, have been unable to correctly log in to certain Office programs after installation.
Error Message: The error that is received is: "Your account <your email address> does not allow for editing on a Mac. To learn more, contact your Admin about your Office plan."
Solution: Click Use Another Account (to the right of the error message) and log in again with your University email address and password.
