Manually connecting to Eduroam
To manually connect to Eduroam:
- If you see the "eduroam" wireless network show up on your device while visiting another campus, it is a more seamless experience to use this connection. Please keep in mind this network has limited access, so when you're on your home campus, be sure to connect to FranklinSecure instead. If you find that your device is remembering the eduroam connection and connecting to it by default on your own campus then you may need to tell your device to "forget" the eduroam network.
- Login on the eduroam network using your Franklin email address or your shorthand Franklin username followed by @franklin.edu for staff, or @email.franklin.edu for students (e.g. doej1@email.franklin.edu, for student Jane Doe), and the password that logs you into MyFranklin.
