With the upcoming move from physical Cisco phone devices to Teams Phone, any saved voicemails will not carry over into the new Teams system. If you wish to retrieve voicemails that have been saved in the Cisco system, please perform one of the following:
1. Find the email in your Outlook mailbox that contains the voicemail audio file attachment and save it to your computer, OneDrive, or other location.
2. Log in to https://voicemail.franklin.edu with your Franklin short-form username and password. This will take you a digital voicemail box. You can download the audio files for these voicemails by clicking on the message you wish to download, then right-clicking on the "message.wav" file that appears, choosing "Save as..." or "Save link as..." (depending on your web browser), and saving the file to your computer, OneDrive, etc.
