Audience: Those accessing myFranklin

If you encounter a message in your web browser stating that your connection to myFranklin is not secure, please close your web browser and follow the steps below:
Windows:
- Go to the Start Menu and search for Internet Options.
- In Internet Options, click Content.
- Click Clear SSL State.
- Reopen your browser and navigate to myFranklin. The error should be gone.
Mac OS

From the Finder, click Go -> Utilities -> KeyChain Access

In the left pane, click on System.
- Look for certificates with a red X on them

In the menu bar, click on Edit -> Delete. You will be prompted for confirmation.
- Reopen your browser and navigate to myFranklin. The error should be gone.
