The Franklin University Help Desk can provide support for e-textbooks. However, more extended support of some issues can be provided by Barnes & Noble College. Barnes & Noble College is our distributor of e-textbooks, and they work with many e-textbook platforms (such as Yuzu, McGraw-Hill, Pearson, and more).
