Financial Tool Overview
The new landing page for BlueQuill now has a financial tool built in that allows users to view financial aid information, make payments, and schedule appointments for help. This tool was designed to match the look and feel of the financial tool built into the Franklin Gateway mobile app, so once you understand how it works here, you can use this tool in the app as well. Viewing Financial Information
The BlueQuill home page shows Franklin users a quick overview of their financial information. Users can click on the quick view to open up a more detailed break down of their financial aid, disbursement dates, other sources of funding, and make payments.
To open up the detailed financial information view:
- In the financial tool on the BlueQuill home page, click on the icon shown here:
- This will open up the detailed financial tool view, where you can then click on any of the categories of funding (such as self-pay) to view more details.
- Here are some examples of how different types of funding may appear:
- Financial Aid Payouts
- Clicking on the "Scheduled Disbursements" tab lets you see a list of all disbursements and their dates, like so:

- Employer Aid
- Military Aid
- Self Pay
- Financial Aid Payouts
- Note that any other types of aid not in one of these categories may display in the Financial Aid tab.
Making Payments
BlueQuill users can easily make a payment towards their account by following these steps:
- From the BlueQuill home page, click on this icon to open the financial tool:
- From here, click on the green "Pay" button at the bottom of the financial tool view:
- This will open up a new browser tab that takes you to the CashNet payment page. Follow the on screen prompts to enter your information in and make a payment.
- If you have any questions about your account or need assistance understanding your bill, you can click on the "Schedule" button to schedule an appointment with a Student Financial Services counselor, the "Call" button to get the phone number for help, or the "Email" button to email a counselor as well.
