If you do not have access to your desk phone, the Help Desk can set up forwarding for you. Please email the Help Desk with your extension, and the number you wish your calls forwarded to.
Begin Forwarding: To forward all calls from your desk phone, please use the button labeled CFwdALL. Then you will be prompted to enter the forwarding number. From here you will need to enter:
For numbers dialing to an external source (such as your cell phone): The full phone number including 1-[area code]-[phone number].
For internal extensions: simply the 4-digit internal extension.
After this number is entered, you will see the message on the phone Forwarded to [number entered].
Stop Forwarding: To stop forwarding all calls from your desk phone, please use the button labeled CFwdALL. If forwarding was previously setup (using the steps above), pressing the button one time will remove the forward setup.
