Microsoft Edge Incompatibility with some University Resources

Audience: Franklin University Faculty, Staff, Students, and Applicants using Microsoft Edge.

Recently, Microsoft has released an updated version of its in-house web browser called Microsoft Edge. 

Some application functionality may not work correctly if Franklin University services are accessed with Microsoft Edge. 

Franklin University services that may be affected negatively when using Edge include:

• Our student application (apply.franklin.edu)
• The applicant portal
• OnBase
• Franklin Faculty and Staff Business Reports

We recommend the Google Chrome web browser as the preferred browser for accessing these services.
