Locating Grades and Comments
With the new BlueQuill home page, Franklin students can see that there is a new grade to view from the home page. On your course's tile, you will see the icon below:
From your course's home page, when an assignment is graded, you will see a notification on top of the assignment. This notification turns the tile blue and displays your grade.
For each class you are taking, the Grade Book displays your grades and comments from your instructor. You can access the Grade Book by clicking on Apps -> Grade Book.
The Grade Book will then open in a new browser tab. From the Grade Book, you can view all assignment grades, comments, and your attendance record at the bottom of the page.
You can also view any comments or feedback your instructor left you by opening up the graded assignment. Comments will appear just below your grade like in the image below:
I am looking for an official looking sheet that displays my grade for tuition reimbursement. The Grade Book page states "unofficial grades". Don't understand why.
Hello Beth, the grades shown in BlueQuill can be changed by the instructor up until the end of the course. Therefore, it is not considered an official transcript of grades.
I completed all three of the Global Ties courses back in January and I can find no record.
